Enter the exciting world of live streaming as a Twitch Chat Agent, where you’ll interact with viewers and manage chat rooms for streamers. This role is perfect for those who enjoy live interaction and can handle the dynamic environment of live broadcasts. You’ll be responsible for moderating chat, engaging the community, and providing timely responses to viewer questions. No experience is necessary as full training is provided, and the role offers flexible hours tailored to the needs of the streamer you’ll be supporting.
What you will be doing: Live chat customer support agents handle incoming customer support questions via live chat on businesses’ websites and social media accounts. These could be support questions from existing customers or sales questions from potential new customers.
Contract length: No fixed term.
Rate: $35 per hour.
Skills/background needed: Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to work independently. Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions. Have 10+ hours availability per week. Reliable internet connection.
Hours per week: 10 + hours a week.
Location: Remote work online (United States preferred).
