Remote Live Chat Support Agent (Entry Level)

Launch your career as a Remote Live Chat Support Agent, a role that offers you the chance to connect with customers directly without the need for phone calls. In this entry-level position, you will utilize your excellent communication skills to enhance customer experiences by providing timely and accurate support. Responsibilities include guiding customers through website navigation, resolving technical issues, and upselling products when appropriate.

In this role, you will not have to speak to anyone face-to-face. You only chat online, using tools such as Facebook Messenger. These are remote positions, meaning that you can do the work online from anywhere.  

As a live chat assistant, you will be paid to reply to live chat messages on a business’s website or social media accounts. This includes answering customer questions, providing sales links, and offering discounts. 

Rate: $35 per hour.

Requirements: You need to have access to a laptop, phone, or tablet and have a reliable internet connection. You also need to have at least basic English writing skills. 

Skills/background needed: These are beginner-level live chat jobs, so full training is provided, and you do not need to have done any paid live chat work before. 

Location: Remote work worldwide (United Kingdom preferred).
