Remote Chat Coordinator – No Experience Necessary

Are you friendly and efficient at communicating online? We’re seeking Remote Chat Coordinators to join our team, assisting customers and site visitors with their inquiries through live chat. This role requires no previous experience, just a personable attitude and the ability to respond promptly and courteously. You’ll help navigate queries, provide information, and maintain a positive interaction, all from the comfort of your home.

What you will be doing: Live chat agents handle incoming customer support questions via live chat on businesses’ websites and social media accounts. These could be support questions from existing customers or sales questions from potential new customers. 

Contract length: No fixed term.

Rate: $35 per hour.

Skills/background needed: Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to work independently. Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions. Have 10+ hours availability per week. Reliable internet connection.

Hours per week: 10 + hours a week.

Location: Remote work online (United States preferred).
