Level 1 Product Support Agent – Live Chat / No Phone / Fully Remote

Step into the role of a Product Support Agent where your day-to-day involves handling customer queries via live chat—no phone calls needed. This fully remote position is ideal for those starting their career in customer support, providing ample opportunity to grow while working from home. You’ll help customers troubleshoot issues, understand product features, and ensure a satisfactory resolution to their problems.

What you will be doing: Live chat agents handle incoming customer support questions via live chat on businesses’ websites and social media accounts. These could be support questions from existing customers or sales questions from potential new customers. 

Contract length: No fixed term.

Rate: $35 per hour.

Skills/background needed: Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to work independently. Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions. Have 10+ hours availability per week. Reliable internet connection.

Hours per week: 10 + hours a week.

Location: Remote work online (United States preferred).
