Home-Based Chat Support Specialist (No Experience Required)

As a Home-Based Chat Support Specialist, you’ll be responsible for engaging with users, providing insightful responses to their inquiries, and fostering a positive relationship between them and the brand. You will be trained to handle a diverse range of scenarios, ensuring that each customer interaction is handled with care and professionalism. Whether you are guiding a customer through a troubleshooting process or advising on product choices, your role will be crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

In this role, you will not have to speak to anyone face-to-face. You only chat online, using tools such as Facebook Messenger. These are remote positions, meaning that you can do the work online from anywhere.  

As a live chat assistant, you will be paid to reply to live chat messages on a business’s website or social media accounts. This includes answering customer questions, providing sales links, and offering discounts. 

Rate: $35 per hour.

Requirements: You need to have access to a laptop, phone, or tablet and have a reliable internet connection. You also need to have at least basic English writing skills. 

Skills/background needed: These are beginner-level live chat jobs, so full training is provided, and you do not need to have done any paid live chat work before. 

Location: Remote work worldwide (United Kingdom preferred).
